EXHIBIT INFORMATION
There is no entry fee each registered participant can upload a maximum of one photos per person. (see “How to Enter” below). Entries must be submitted no later than March 7th, 2015.

The Exhibit will be online as a Virtual Exhibit at the Women in Focus website. Entries are submitted electronically in the prescribed format (size, profile, color depth, file type). There will be a top 10 selection by the president of Women in Focus and those will be displayed at the top of the Virtual Exhibit.
 
The Virtual Exhibit is open to all registered event participants who are either members of the Women in Focus organization or the Women in Photography Group on Linkedin.
 
PLEASE NOTE: You must read the following rules, terms and conditions before submitting any photos! By submitting photos with your Virtual Exhibit event registration you are entering the Women In Focus International Women’s Exhibit 2015. By doing so you agree to all of the terms and conditions relating to the Virtual Exhibit and that you are responsible for understanding your rights and responsibilities under the rules of the Virtual Exhibit.
 
WHAT TO ENTER
We are looking for striking digital images from our women members that represent the best of your work. Each submitted image, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Virtual Exhibit entrant. By entering the Virtual Exhibit, entrant represents, acknowledges, covenants and warrants that the submitted image is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the image does not infringe copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity and that no other party has any right, title or interest in the image.
 
If a submitted image includes people and/or copyrighted property, entrant is responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted and/or property owner. Entrant must be able to provide copies of these releases to Women In Focus upon request.
Selected images will be displayed in a public forum. Any image submitted must not, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Judge, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. Such images will be disqualified.

Images must be submitted electronically through the registration process for the Virtual Exhibit event. This is the sole method of entry allowed.
Entry images must be submitted in the following format. Entries that do not comply with the formatting may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the judges.
 Photos must be in digital form only, JPEG size 72 dpi and maximum 1,000 pixels on longest size.
 Image size cannot exceed 3mb.

During the registration process for the Virtual Exhibit you will be presented with one “upload” button during the selection process to enter your images for the Virtual Exhibit. When you click on the upload button: You will be presented with a pop up window to browse to and upload the image you wish to submit for the Virtual Exhibit. Once successfully uploaded and you select submit at the end of the entry form a confirmation email will be sent. Women in Focus reserves the right to perform manual “administrative” registrations and/or corrections to Virtual Exhibit entries at our sole discretion.
 
ELIGIBILITY AND JUDGING
All entries must meet the image specifications stated above. Images that do not meet this standard will not be in the Virtual Exhibit. Submissions may be watermarked if desired, but the watermark should be inconspicuous enough to not interfere with the judging of the photo.
 
DEADLINES
Online entries can be uploaded starting with the opening of the Virtual Exhibit online registration on February 16, 2015 Entry deadline is March 8, 2015.
 
AWARDS
There are no awards or prizes associated with the Virtual Exhibit.
 
IMAGE RIGHTS
Entrant will retain all rights to any image submitted. If your image is in the Virtual Exhibit you grant to Women In Focus the right, without compensation or approval, to reproduce and use the image, the entrants name and entrants city/state of residence in any publicity, publication or advertising relating to the Virtual Exhibit or future Women In Focus, presentations, advertising or Virtual Exhibits. All images used by Women In Focus under this grant shall include the caption "© Entrant's Name".
 
DISQUALIFICATIONS
Entries may be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of the Judge and/or Women In Focus, for failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Virtual Exhibit. A reason for disqualification will be communicated to the entrant. The decision to disqualify an image is final and binding. If you have questions about the eligibility of an image please contact us before entering the image.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting an image the entrant is entering the Virtual Exhibit and hereby agrees to all of the rules, terms and conditions relating to the Virtual Exhibit and is responsible for understanding their rights and responsibilities under the rules, terms and conditions of the Virtual Exhibit. Virtual Exhibit participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Women In Focus, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives, from any and all third party liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Virtual Exhibit including, without limitation, any third party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. The Virtual Exhibit is void where prohibited by law. Each entrant in the Virtual Exhibit entrant is responsible for ensuring that he or she has the right to submit the photos that the Entrant submits to the Virtual Exhibit. Entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved with Women In Focus, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Virtual Exhibit, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Atlanta Georgia, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Georgia without regard for rules of conflicts of law. IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, PARTICIPANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES, OR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN PARTICIPANT'S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (IF ANY) ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE VIRTUAL EXHIBIT. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.

The Women In Focus and Virtual Exhibit web site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Virtual Exhibit and Women In Focus are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the photo competition, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the photo competition, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors. The Virtual Exhibit and Women In Focus assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Virtual Exhibit and Women In Focus are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, servers, providers, computer on-line systems, software, or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, including injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or uploading images or information in the photography Virtual Exhibit. If, for any reason, the photo exhibition is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, any reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Women In Focus that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the photo competition, Women In Focus reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the photo exhibition.
 
The Women In Focus website may provide and/or refer you to links to other Internet websites affiliated with Women In Focus sponsors. Women In Focus has no control over such third party websites. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Women In Focus is not responsible for such sites and not liable for any damages or losses that you may suffer as a result of your use of such sites or products purchased on such sites.
